Terms and Conditions

  1. On delivery, if the equipment hired does not fit, the full amount of the rental will still be charged
  2. Please allow at least 1 metre around the inflatable for fixings, staking etc. Measure generously to give us plenty of room!
  3. ALL persons shall remove footwear prior to use
  4. No glass or sharp objects to be used anywhere near the inflatable
  5. No food or drink to be taken onto the inflatable
  6. No persons over the age of 14yrs to use the equipment unless an adult castle has been hired with adult rates paid
  7. No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs to use the equipment
  8. If the inflatable is to be used inside, ensure ceilings are no less than 5 metres high
  9. Please ensure there are no overhanging branches etc as our schedule does not allow for cutting back
  10. On delivery, pathways leading to installation site must be clear of obstructions
  11. Side access must be at least 1 metre wide. If you have no side access, please call us immediately for advice
  12. Once installed, for safety reasons, the inflatable must not be moved
  13. Do not allow “silly string” to be used anywhere near the inflatable as it burns the material and causes permanent damage
  14. Test face paints on the underside or discreet part of the inflatable first to ensure it can be removed. Please ensure any paint is cleaned off the inflatable prior to collection
  15. The inflatable is to be cleaned of all dirt, mud etc. prior to collection. Clean water or baby wipes are excellent for this purpose. A cleaning charge may be levied if the inflatable is returned soiled
  16. Bouncing to be supervised at all times by the recommended number of responsible adults. Please ask for advice on delivery
  17. The hired equipment must be fully supervised at all times by an adult (over 18 yrs of age). NB: Manufacturers guidelines for the use of the blowers state that they may be hazardous to use in heavy rain. Therefore this is not recommended
  18. WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITYS FOR INJURIES CAUSED BY IMPROPER USE OF EQUIPMENT

No queremos ser estrictos con las reglas, sin embargo, ser un organizador de fiestas responsible significa, por el bien de todos, seguir unas sencillas reglas y direcciones.

  1. Por favor, asegurese de que nuestros castillos caben en su jardin, con al menos 1.2 ms de espacio libre alrededor del castillo para las estacas y por razones de seguridad.
  2. Todo el mundo debe quitarse el cazado antes de usar el castillo.
  3. Ningun objeto de cristal cerca del hinchable.
  4. Ninguna bebida ni comida es permitida en el equipo.
  5. Ninguna persona mayor de 14 anos es autorizado en el equipo (a no ser que un hinchable para adultos sea ordenado y entregado).
  6. No esta permitido participar bajo la influencia de alcohol o drogas.
  7. Los saltos deben estar supervisados por un recomendado numero de adultos todo el tiempo. Pregunte en la entrega,
  8. Los castillos tienen 4.8 ms de altura , por favor asegurese de que no tiene arboles colgantes en su jardin ya que no incluimos tiempo en nuestro programa para cortar ramas.
  9. En la entrega, los caminos que llevan al lugar deseado para la instalacion, deben estar despejados de objetos.
  10. Los caminos de acceso deben tener , al menos 0.75 ms de ancho. Si no tiene camino de acceso, por favor contacte a Dave inmediatamente para consejo.
  11. Una vez el castillo esta hinchado no se debe mover for razones de seguridad.
  12. Nunca use “sprays de color” cerca del equipo, ya que queman el plastico y producen danos permanentes.
  13. Pruebe las pinturas de la cara en el plastico primero, para asegurarse de que se pueden eliminar. Limpie la pintura antes de la regogida.
  14. Si el castillo esta lleno de barro en la recogida, le aplicaremos un cargo por limpieza. Agua jabonosa o toallitas de bebe son muy buenas limpiando!
  15. Si alquila un castillo para interior, asegurese de que sus techos (en entradas) no tienen menos de 4.8 ms , a no ser que alquile Jolly Roger/Dora o la piscina de pelotas.
  16. El euipo alquilado deber estar supervisado todo el tiempo por un adulto (mayor de 18 anos).

NOTA IMPORTANTE: Las direcciones del fabricante de los hinchadores dicen que es peligrosos su uso con fuerte lluvia.
